Is there any way for the forum to host pictures so we could show what each of the tournaments/home games looks like or would that take way too much bandwidth...
The way it's set up now, no but I will see about adding that hack. The bandwidth is not an issue. This site sits on my server and I have a lot of it to use.
For now you can email a pic to me and I can set the image up unless I get too many, then I will just add the hack ;)

Right now I'm trying to think of a way to make it easy to quickly look and see what free tournaments are going on each night, then linking each to the original post for more info and pictures. Right now it's difficult to go through each of the pubs listings and each of the poker tour posts as well to find a game. 8)
Man you guys are a tough crowd :(
Well I decided to edit this. If you think of an easy, low time consuming way, please let me know.
The home games are broken down by day of the week because we know they are only running them non profit for the love of the game and they like people. Those are also (as soon as I finish editing it) the only games that show on the calendar.
The tours on the other hand are running them for profit. They are welcome to come in and set up their own forum that has been provided for them to make it easier to find a game there.
Currently I am updating 2 of them and soon those will be deleted because I just don't have the time or the desire to make them $$$$ for free 8)
They for the most part have no space limitations so if they wanted to take advantage of what is easily the largest targeted poker base in the Denver-Front Range area they could and really should.
It would take them all of 15 minutes or so to set up Day Of Week sections within their schedules and enter the venues.
I will look at doing that for the independents. Adding days of the week to that category. Just don't want the forums to be so many that they become unusable.
With the planned forum upgrade, the calendar will be built in to the fourms and each person will be able to add their item to it and it will be searchable by day in the forums, but that will be one of those, when I get a round tuits.
The 2200 page views I posted about about a week or so ago is now hitting over 4500 a day and growing :D
This site will always be free for the players.
The "for profits" need to remember the old saying...
"Make hay while the sun shines"
It will no doubt set at some time or another.

cuple of thing Bryan no need to post 2 post in a row. jsut update with new info. Hay Rick the site works. and works well. There is a way to post pics but you will have to host the pics on a web-site then use the "Img" button right below the subject line. this works but placing your pics website adress and the borad automaticly post your pic. adding lots of hack causes to many un for seen problems.
Well I am not fond of adding a lot of individual hacks. I have already had 2 crash the forum. Fortunately I do it on early Sun mornings so no one really noticed :)
What I am looking to probably do is add the 'complete package' all at one shot like I have on the Localpoker.com site. I have been running it there for over 6 months now and it is pretty stable. I am not fond of the front page look though so that is mainly what I will contract out to make it more of a site than what that is.
