Mountain High Comps?

Going up for first poker playing this Saturday. Mnt High used to give pretty good comps for black jack, (2 free buffets).

I was wondering if they comp poker players well.

Also, do they just have those afternoon tourneys, or does anybody have Saturday night tournaments.

How much BJ did you have to play to get that comp? I've never lost at the BJ tables in Blackhawk, but I only play for about 30-45 minutes.

Mountain High gives out a $5 coupon for food in their food court after 2-3 hours of playing. Just ask for it when you cash in your chips. The comp expires the following day (it used to be a week).

This was right after they changed to Mountain High from the Hyatt.

I had played for about 1 and 1/2 hours. I asked the dealer about a comp, and she brought the pit boss over and gave me two buffets.

I thought that might be standard, but looking back, maybe they were just generous after changing hands.

The poker room comps are $4 I believe. I didn't know they had buffet comps, i've never seen one. I play there fairly often, but they are getting new employees in on the floor all the time lately, and when I asked for 2 comps the guy said they aren't supposed to, but he did anyway.
