at Mountain High yesterday. After the tourney ended, I went to play at the 2-5- table. Next to me to my right was a local (Ms.D) with another local two chairs to her right. (Ms.R) When Ms. R got there, someone brought her rack of chips to the table. Ms. R looked a little out of it...stumbling, watery/glassy eyes.
As Ms. R was sitting there, she tried to light a cigarette with a match. Sitting there with her legs crossed, Ms. R fell asleep at the table....with the match still lit. :oops:
a few seconds later, the match burned down to Ms. R's fingernail....which caught on fire. :eyes: The flame was bigger than when it was just the match.
I told Ms. D that she better wake up Ms. R before she burned her fingers off. :scared:
Soon thereafter, security appeared...they must have seen the flame from the camera. :shock: They asked Ms. R to leave the table. As Ms. R was getting up, she said to Ms. D "Don't let me get in trouble." Ms.D left the table with security and Ms. R. Eventually, Ms. D took Ms. R home to let her "sleep it off".
Talk about a funny sight.....not Ms. R herself, or the situation that she was in at 2:00 p.m. :drink3: , but rather the flame that was coming off her finger as she dozed off at the poker table. :eyes:
