so my gf has been helping out with an upcoming '247pokernetwork.com' miss poker usa pageant as a side project. the owner/founder is a matt bradshaw. the gf asked me the other day if i had heard a 'doc hicks', apparently a local pro. i hadn't heard of him, so i did a quick google, and his name came up, along with matt sowosh, in articles about the whole rattlesnake murder plot.
ive talked to the guy once, and being an avid player wanted to more about what he had planned. he had a very shady and indirect response, which got me thinking. it looks like matt sowosh had promised people he was starting up a poker tv network when APT was imploding a couple years back. same cheesedick sort of themed tournaments and reality show type stuff hes talking about now. i just wanted to know if anyone here had heard what his next venture might be.
i'm not involved in bar poker tourneys, but id love to embarass a scumbag in front of a lineup of bikini models hes trying to look like a big shot in front of.
Mr Masters, it seems as though you have an interest in getting this guy out of town, and if you or anyone else has a picture of matt sowosh i could match to this guy, i'd be glad to help.
The gf won't let me bring a fake rattlesnake to the meeting with him tonight. btw, there will be (half) naked girls walking along the bar at 10pm at Two Doors Down in Aurora tonight, monday 4/13
