Ok for some reason people seem to go nuts over Gmail. Even to the extent that they buy them on ebay :shock:

To each his own. Anyway I have got 6 gmail invites that were just assigned to my Denver Poker gmail addy so if anyone want an invite post a claim to it in reply to this, as I said, I have 6, then PM me the email addy you want the invite sent to.

Do NOT post your email here ;)

It's nuts that people still pay for an invite. There are so many places on the internet where people are giving them away for free. Like this thread, now. ;)

I have heard some bad things about Gmail...is it really any good that people would pay for?

Gmail isn't that bad. I have yet to see any privacy issues that people were up at arms about. Then again, I rarely use it, so it's not a big deal to me.

You get 1gb of storage, and it's free.

SO, is it that good that you would pay for it..considering you don't use it that much?

I think I'll stick with the 8 email addresses I have already...LOL

Yes, I would never pay for it.

I own 7 domains, can create as many e-mail accounts as needed, and have plenty of server space to hold as many e-mails as I want. :D That said, I download my e-mails to my home desktop computer, so I never have storage issues.

I personally like gmail more than my other address. But that's MHO.



Also~ I as well have 6 free gmail address to give away if anybody would like.

It's Googles new free web based email. They wanted to make it desirable so rather then be able to just get it, you have to be 'invited' to get it. :roll:

It's a fancy web-based e-mail program by the same people who brought you the Google search engine. They give you lots o' storage (1GB), but, as the trade-off, they are allowed to scan your incoming e-mails and place keyword-activated ads on the side of the screen.

Weird, I've never given out my GMail address to anyone, and I've already received 39 pieces of spam since December 5. Curse those spambots.

Seriously??? I have been using it as my main email (I still use my Yahoo mail to sign up for stuff) and I have yet to get one piece of spam in over 2 months...like I said I love it!
