Langhoff said even added a few rules of his own such as all players have to be 21 years old and the most anyone can lose is $25.


Those two paragraphs contradict each other. How can anyone lose money by playing "free poker"? Unless he's counting the monies used towards purchasing beverages, then does it mean it's all-you-can-drink for $25? ;)

I also think the Colorado laws w.r.t. bar poker are little more concrete than Wyoming. Considering the CDOG has visited DPT in the past, had DPT change some rules, and let them resume their business, I wouldn't be too worried.
