Women, Girls, Gals, & all female poker players and Divas

We are looking to put together an all female poker tourney/game/training session.

If you would be interested in participating in something of this sort, PM me and when/if we can get enough interest in it we will let you know.

An intersting fact, in 2003 more women in the 21-29 year old range played poker than males between 39-59 :shock:

There is no doubt that this is one of the fastest growing areas for poker so we want to help you get in the game.

We are looking at a "How To Play" event for those new to the game, followed by a tourney of some sorts, most likely a freeroll to start.

Also if you are already an accomplished poker diva and would like to help in the teaching of new players, drop me a PM.

Also if you have an establishment that has facilities for this type of event, let me know and we will see what we can schedule.

I'm not sure if I would trust the ol' lady with private lessons that I didn't have myself, but if it would stop her from calling my bluffs :twisted: I'd be all for it.

Well if we have enough, I already have a place arranged. Mark who runs several games, including the Wed beginners tourney said he would host it if we got the people interested. Wsop21 has been pushing for this so we can see what commitment level we get and set a time that works for all.

I'am the one who is working to set-up the Female only trainning class. I have the venue and the stuff to run such a thing. All i need is a class of ready to learn ladys. this is a begainner only event. the game will be well managed and the stakes nicely set.

It sounded like such a good idea to. I'm sure just the group of wives and friends would make for a good sized shindig. Guy could just socialize in the back ground. Would be a good way to get to know everyone.

Ok here is a update. Im going to host this event after the first of the year. want to get all the holidays out of the way. Make life easyer for all. I have the location set-up and all the stuff i will be needing. now all i need is for everyone that has a wife, girl friend, mother, sister whatever that want to take part to email me there

*Shirt size (will be giving away shirt to class)
* Phone # that i can reach someone at.

This is a 21 and over event other then that i don't need to know age (know how laddies feel about that) Once i get a good guess as to the amount of people want to take part i will announce the date and call everyone with the time, date, fee, and the after class tournament. Anymore question just PM me i will be glad to add in any way i can

sry tlb got a dealer but i might need some peoples help i need advance players advice on cards and what not that the player might have i need it to be a open question class where the ladies can feel free to ask anytime
