No-Limit Texas Hold’em
Charity Poker Tournament
Saturday February 24th 7:00 pm

Benefits Eagle Spirit Academy Parent Organization
$30 Buy-in (with $30 Re-buys during the first hour)

Each player receives 1,000 chips for their buy-in. The buy-in is a charitable contribution and tax deductible. Tournament proceeds are donated to Eagle Spirit Academy Parent Organization (ESAPO).

Players are eliminated from the tournament when all chips are lost. Tournament play is continuous and includes five minute breaks each hour. The 1st place winner is the final remaining player holding all the chips. The last player eliminated finishes 2nd place, the second to last player eliminated finishes 3rd place, etc. This is a “play-money” event. Tournament placement does not earn cash or prizes.

Re-buys
Participants losing all chips during the first hour may 're-buy' into the tournament for an additional $30. The re-buy must occur before the first hand of the 5th blind level is dealt.

Door Prizes
No player will earn prizes based on placement in the tournament. However, door prizes will be randomly drawn throughout the evening. Participants have equal chances to win door prizes. Winners do not need to be present.

Late Players
Late arrivals will be assigned a seat and chips. Blinds will be posted in the late player’s absence. Players must arrive before the first hand of the third blind is dealt (30 minutes).
