Ok, enough of the who's better discussion.... ;)
I went to the coloradopoker.tv Omaha tourney on Tuesday up in Westminster (Zodiacs to be exact) for the first time.
It was actually a very decent game. Only ~24 players, and they ran Limit Omaha for 2-3 rounds (about 1 hour), then after the break ran NL Omaha until the winner.
I would prefer going to PL instead of NL, but the players were not too crazy pre-flop. I did get it all in (PF) against someone with KKxx and 22xx while I had the AAxx and lost to the 2 outer K on the river, so I finished 5th instead of 1st basically.........but it was a good game.
Much better than all of those NL free-for-alls with 60-80 players.
Anyway, kudos to CPT for not limiting the play to Hold'em only, and hopefully I'll be playing again shortly.
