I just saw a commercial on TV I think it was on Commedy central or E I forget which. but the commercial was for partypoker.net. I have a feeling if more and more of this advertising starts taking place the good ol' uncle sam and his christian inspired policies is going to crack down on this stuff hard. Any one else seeing these commercials?

The .net domain they use is a play money only site so, according to them, it is not subject to the same rules as the real money restrictions placed on gaming ads. There are several more sites gearing up to push into that area.

In some states you will get commercials for a lot of online sites, mainly in Southern California due to the fact that the set up a high powered TV tower across the border in Mexico :)

Be careful of the play money sites, like yahoo. They use Wild Tangent games. WT is spyware in disguise. Yahoo gets paid by WT who uses its gameware/spyware to report on your activities and sell your info.
