We apologize for the delay in replying. We had to track down the player, and host info for that particular game.

After speaking to the host I discovered that he consulted the rulebook right after this player had left. His chips were put back on the table, and he was blinded out per the rules. The player ended up placing 2nd that evening. Therefore no "violation of the rules" occurred.

We apologize for the confusion, and urge our players to Email or call us with any comments.

I just wanted to chime in here a final time on this topic. The incident that occurred was a one time occurrence. I play CSL tournaments almost every night, and they have all been top notch. The hosts have all been very knowledgeable and courteous, and Scott and everyone at CSL are running a class act operation, and I will continue to play their tournaments and encourage others in this forum to do the same.

If anything, this incident caused a buzz of chatter among players and even some rivalries, which in my opinion is great for this league. It is also my opinion that this kind of player interaction and competition, along with the professional manner CSL's hosts and operators have handled this and other incidents, has made CSL the premier poker league in town.
