They have been bought out by Denver Poker Tour.

Owning the domain, Denverpoker.com means you get emails that may have been intended for others with similar domains, addressed wrong, fairly regularly. ;)

Yes, the Denver Poker Tour has "bought out / merged / aquired", and etc. the Denver Poker Parties. All staff, equipment, intellectual property and such was included in the deal.

The Denver Poker Tour is honoring the prize that was being offered to the Top 100 point players as they were listed in the standings up until last night
(7/12/06). The Denver Poker Parties format will change to the Denver Poker Tour format of prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishers, as well as an invitation into the DPT Monthly, Midway, and Semi-Finals tournaments.

The dealers fro DPP were also retained by the DPT.

Maybe the e-mails were supposed to go to you Fishy.......... Maybe it is the hook for YOU to purchase both entities....well, the one now........ Maybe, just maybe, it is your power and strong arm that the tours need!?!??!!?!? then again, maybe not!!! lol
