I would like some more info. Please email me the app and any other information you have.
Also, I hope all of your members are signing up for the South Metro Tournament on the 23rd of Oct. Good way to sign up some new members if you guys have a good showing.
You may also want to bring some applications to the tournament, or maybe we can include one in the handouts each players will receive when they get there. If so, let me know and get them to me soon. We are getting ready to start making them.

ok asfor the members only tournaments. Yes there will be one soon. i will post it up in the members only website. Witch you need a password. witch you will be getting with your members package.
Asfore the member package they were delayed because of the compeny that handled the "members cards" they totaly messed up the cards. so i had to make some of my own and it was a very long and hard (im not all at good with drawing promgrams) process. But to you new members thing at all done and i will be shipping them out this week. sorry for the inconvenace. but we are growing so fast. supple and demand are always fighting each other.

So any members of the CPPA that post here on DP.com If you could PM me you dp.com member name so that i can add you to the members list. This will enable you post in our section. Thank you
Jason.
Very observant. I didn't say anything to see if you noticed, also to see if it works the way it's supposed to.
Let me know if it doesn't.
Just so you know, I don't hink anyone but you and me can see it until they are granted access si I will need the DP user names I believe to make it functional.

to all new CPPA members. As with any growing orgeniztion. WE have run into another problem. Our membership cards are goin to be delayed again. The first time was the compenys felt that was making them. This time its mine. I tryed to make them my self using a few computer progrems. Well i got them made on the computer and they look very very good. but i dont have a printer that has the ablites to print this kind of projects. They have lots of color and are very high in resloution. So now i need to take the first sets of card to a kinkos or something like that and have them print them. No big on my part. I'm also goin to be buying a color laser printer ive got 2 on bid right now on ebay. But i do have all the membership packets ready for shipping so now all i have to do is get your cards done and they are on the way. I will be sending everyone the CPPA website password in an email. This way everyone can check the tournament date and see if there is any CPPA members meetings. Sorry for the delays. It is my felt i was not ready for such a large tke off, but im more then happy because of it.

Hey Checked out your website. One bit of advice - Run a spell check on it and re-read it to make sure it is correct. You want a professional web site to attract members. I am not the best speller either, so I always run spell check.
Do not take this the wrong way, I just thought I would give a friend some advice.
For instance your site now says:
The CPPA Set-site is under going some new changes. Please keep checking back in. Its going to be great. CPPA membership registration is now close we will begin to expect application again after the first of the year. Thank you.
Should it not read:
The CPPA site is under going some new changes. Please keep checking back in. It's going to be great. CPPA membership registration is now closed we will begin to accept applications again after the first of the year. Thank you.
Or even better:
Thank you for your interest in The Colorado Poker Players Association (CPPA). Our official website is currently being upgraded to better serve our members.
CPPA membership registration is closed until Jan 1, 2005 at which time we will open registration up to the general public.
We appreciate your interest in the CPPA.

I was thinking about playing it, but life got in the way this week. Sorry I haven't been around and posting more. Looking forward to getting some poker playing in fairly soon.
Nate
P.S. I am thinking of having a friendly poker game over at my apartment with just CPPA members invited. No high stakes, just meet each other and play some friendly poker. Maybe $20-40 total stakes....maybe no money at all. Let me know what you guys think...Would anyone be interested? I am in North Denver, basically Westminster.

ok. you won. you gain some point. that gose toward the en of the year prize give away. I'm hoping Kevin has got a list of who got what place. i was able to make. I was the reason there was a small traffic jam on I-25 sat. at around 2:00. of course there was much of one. I was invaled in a accedent. Some a-hole deiced he wanted my line and got over clip my front end and sent me faying accross all 3 lanes. i didnt hit anyone else. butit did flatin my front tire and messed up my fender. he tryed to claim i try to get over but i had 3 witness there that told the cops what happen. So i ended up getting my car towed home and spent the rest of the day being mad i couldnt make it. but any who congrats on the win. I will get that posted on the website. Did they take any pics. If they did i want some. I will post everyones points totals once i found out who was all there and where they placed.

OK, the home page says,
Made up of both Stud, Hold' em, Omaha...and many more.
What is made up of? and both refers to two; you mention 3 and many more. You might try Members play Stud, Hold' em, Omaha...and many more games. Or something like that.
Also it says, If you would like to learn more about the CPPA. Please check out the "Membership" section of our web site. There should be a comma (,) after CPPA and the "P" in please should be lower case. There is no "Membership section," but there is a members only button. If I'm not a member, there's nothing to check out.
Just a little friendly criticism from a professional Quality Assurance technician. Good luck with the site.
By the way, do I get to be a member in payment of my services?
no too be honest i was hoping to find someone out there that chould help me with the grammer. I can never proof read my own work. cause i know whats suppose to be said i jsut make the correction in my mind and never think to make it on paper. plus i type way to fast for my slow mind. So yes if you find anything worng please post it. As for the member section there was one but then it crashed so im now in there fixing it. dam computers.
